Training outdoors is the best of the best, fresh air, hear the birds singing, watch the sun come up, maybe get rained on, its just water (I have wet weather covered options for when its pouring down )
Resistance training with weights is excellent for building strength, preserving lean muscle mass, and enhancing bone density. However, it doesn’t offer much in the way of cardiovascular conditioning — which is also vital for bone health, especially through impact-based movements like running, jumping, or skipping.
That’s why every class I offer includes a cardiovascular component. This ensures my clients not only develop strong, lean muscle and improved bone density, but also boost their heart health and overall fitness. It’s a balanced, results-driven approach designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live healthier.
All training equipment is supplied all you need to bring is the following.
1.. A Yoga Mat.
2.. Drink Bottle.
3.. Comfortable clothing for training.
4.. Sandshoes/Runners to train in.
5.. Face towel.
6.. Wear a smile it helps !!

Payment is accepted on the day by Card or Cash
No, all of my programs have lower impact options for new clients who are either returning to training or just starting out. You will need a doctors/allied health professionals clearance if you have any major health issues or if you are returning from injury, please contact me if you are unsure.
